Founded in 1976 by its current chairman, Dr Lee Shau Kee, Henderson Land is a leading property developer in Hong Kong, employing approximately 7,910 staff. 

Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1981, the company has created award-winning high-end residential and commercial buildings such as the International Finance Centre complex in Hong Kong and World Financial Centre in Beijing.

The company cooperated with CIFI Group, another property developer, to develop the Henderson CIFI Center project in Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District. At present, about 30 enterprises have settled in the center, including six listed companies.

The project includes a mix of residential, office and commercial buildings, with 85,000 square meters of available space on 240,000 sq m plot.

The center is located alongside the Hongqiao integrated transportation hub, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) and New Hongqiao International Medical Center.
