Established in 1996, China SCE Property Holdings Limited (China SCE Group) is headquartered in Xiamen and specializes in real estate development, property investment and property management. It was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Feb 5, 2010.

SCE Plaza, China SCE Group’s first project in Shanghai, is located at the conjunction of six metro lines and nearby the Shanghai Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Hub. It has attracted a total investment of 15 billion yuan ($2.3 billion) and has developed into a commercial office complex covering an area of 450,000 square meters.

Additionally, SCE Group launched its second headquarters and the FUNWORK Start-up Center in SCE Plaza, Hongqiao Central Business District since Nov 18, 2015.
