Longfor Properties Co Ltd is a well-known Chinese real estate company. It developed the Longfor Hongqiao Tianjie (Paradise Walk) project, located in the Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District, in June 2014.

The project will be developed into a commercial complex and will include office buildings, commercial areas, a cultural and recreational plaza, and a high-end hotel.

Longfor Group was founded in 1993 in Chongqing and floated on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on Nov 19, 2009. The company is mainly engaged in the development, investment and management of common residential buildings, office buildings, apartments, western-style houses, villas, shopping malls and commercial complexes.

It has developed three major brands, namely “Paradise Walk” for metropolitan shopping malls, “Starry Street” for community shopping malls, and “MOCO” for mid and high-end household and lifestyle shopping malls. 

In 2015, it managed approximately 135 property projects in 23 cities, accounting for a total service area of 30 million square meters. It ranked first in the “National Residential User Satisfaction Evaluation” of the China Association for Quality, the “Top 10 Chinese Property Service Companies with Excellent Service Quality” and “Top 10 Brands in the Chinese Property Industry” by the Development Research Center of the State Council.
