Min Shilin, executive deputy director of Hongqiao Central Business District Administration Committee, held a meeting to discuss the construction of the Hongqiao CBD Talent Apartment (also known as public rental houses for talents). 

Attendants at the meeting, including Jiang Xiaolong and Fei Xiaomei, discussed the planning and site selection of the talent department.   

Min said that the talent apartment project plays an important role in the development of Hongqiao CBD and that all divisions should pull together to complete the project. He added that the planning division should evaluate and implement the location of the talent apartment in accordance with the function and needs. It should submit the advice of the apartment’s location before June this year.

The main function area should arrange the construction tasks into relevant departments to improve the motivation of the sub-districts and enterprises. The commercial division should further improve the policies of the talent apartment to meet the need of the Hongqiao CBD in talent attraction, Min added.
