The Hongqiao Lvgu Plaza project is located in land parcel 08 of phase 1 of the core area. It connects Shengui Road to the east, Jianhong Road to the south, Shenbing Road to the west and Yonghong Road to the north. It spans an area of 89,800 square meters and has a construction area of 527,300 sq m, including a ground area of 287,763 sq m and an underground area of 239,706 sq m. 

This modern commercial complex integrates company headquarters with office buildings, commercial spaces, recreational facilities and an exhibition center and high-end hotels. The project attaches more importance on ecology and the environment and was completed in June 2014.

The project was undertaken by Shanghai Zhonghe Real Estate Development Company. The company received joint investment from Shanghai Rainbow Investment Co, Shanghai Real Estate Group and Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design Group in December 2010, attracting a total investment of one billion yuan ($153.6 million).
