The project of Shanghai Macrolink International Center is located at the land parcel 09, north core area of Hongqiao CBD. 

According to the expectations, with 4 billion yuan ($614.4 million) of investment, this project will develop into a new commercial landmark integrating high-end office buildings, comprehensive shopping mall and a five-star hotel. It covers an area of 90,867 square meters, and a planning construction area of 280,000 square meters, with both ground and underground areas of 140,000 square meters. It connects Shenbing Road to the east, Taihong Road to the south and west, and Xinghong Road to the north. 

The project was developed by the Macrolink Group. The group was established in October 1990 and since then it has grown into a comprehensive corporation, with over 43,000 employees, covering various industries such as real estate, petroleum, mining, chemical engineering and finance.
