The project of Shanghai Baoye Center is located in the land parcel 02 of the south core area in Hongqiao CBD.

The project covers an area of 8,130 square meters, and a total construction area of 25,473 square meters. It will contain different bridges and lakes using Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, as a role model. It connects Shengui Road to the east, Shenchang Road to the west, Jianhong Road to the north and Lanhong Road to the south.

Baoye Group, the developer of this project, was established in 1974. It is mainly engaged in architectural industrialization, construction and real estate development, as well as some other industries including tourism, hotels and golf.

The group was the first comprehensive private architecture-related enterprise listed in Hong Kong Exchange Stock and it has cooperated with many world-renowned capital and industrial investors, such as Goldman Sachs, Tiger Fund and Atlantis Investment Management.
