The project of Longshi plaza is situated in land parcel 05, in the south core area of Hongqiao CBD. Longshi plaza will contain office buildings, multifunctional halls, parking lot, restaurant, gyms and Cafés, fully integrated office buildings, commercial center and recreational facilities. It will cover an area of 15, 281 square meters and 61,041 square meters of construction area.

The project was designed and planned by Shanghai Xiandai Architecture Design Institute and Gensler, the company that designed the tallest building in East Asia: the Shanghai Tower. 

On the other hand, all of the investment and development of this project was done by Beijing Huashi Hilong Group and Letv (Beijing) Company.
