SCE Plaza is China SCE Group’s first project in Shanghai. It has attracted a total investment of 15 billion yuan ($2.3 billion) and will be developed into a commercial office complex spanning an area of 450,000 square meters.

The project is located at the conjunction of six metro lines and is nearby the public transit hub. When finished, it will contain 5A-level office buildings, 16 headquarters offices, a SOHO building and high-end commercial buildings.

The developer of the project is China SCE Property Holdings Limited, which was listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 5, 2010. Established in 1996, the company is headquartered in Xiamen and specializes in real estate development, property investment and property management.
