Lih Pao (Shanghai) Real Estate Development Co Ltd has a strong portfolio of work. Among its notable projects includes the construction and management of Hongqiao Lih Pao Plaza. 

The company was established on July 2, 2011. It is jointly owned by Taiwan enterprise Lih Pao Construction and US firm Easy Gain International L.L.C.

The project is located in the first land parcel of the core area of Hongqiao Central Business Distrit (CBD). It connects Shenwu Road to the east, Suhong Road to the south and Shenbin South Road to the northwest.  

It covers 119,000 square meters and contains 113,800 square meters of underground space. The project is composed of modern commercial office buildings, a comprehensive convention center, shopping mall and cultural and art plaza.
