This year, Nanming district has established a three-tier childcare service network comprising a district-level guidance center, township-level comprehensive service stations, and community-level service points.
The district's comprehensive childcare service center, established in July, operates under a "medical-care integration" model led by the Nanming District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, with support from exemplary childcare institutions.
It provides guidance in staff training, standards formulation, and supervision to improve service quality while ensuring adequate childcare capacity.
Nanming currently boasts 92 institutions offering childcare services, with a total of 4,739 available spots.
Each township or sub-district has at least one institution providing care for children under three, extending services to the village and community levels. This represents significant progress in the development of a robust three-tier childcare network.
