The "Discover China Cultural Tour" for Diplomats in China·Guizhou Village Super League kicked off on Sept 26 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Ambassadors and diplomats from countries such as Argentina, Dominica, and Croatia attended the event.
The delegation visited the city's Nanming district, exploring landmarks such as Jiaxiu Pavilion and Qingyun Market. They experienced Guiyang's cultural essence and the unique charm of its nightlife.

"Jiaxiu Pavilion is incredibly beautiful. Built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it is an extraordinary feat. Visiting Jiaxiu Tower has deepened my understanding of Chinese culture and even the cultures of different Chinese dynasties," said Hector Jesus Dorbecker Herrera, Counselor of the Mexican Embassy in China.
At Qingyun Market, the delegation toured shops showcasing Chinese intangible cultural heritage items, immersing themselves in local customs and gaining insights into Guizhou's culture and contemporary China.
"This is my second visit to Guizhou. It is an incredibly beautiful place with very hospitable people. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to return," remarked Sergio Fausto Cabrera Cárdenas, the Colombian Ambassador to China.
