In recent years, Nanming district, Guiyang, has been diligently enhancing its public fitness service system, aiming to make sports and exercise more accessible and beneficial for all. This effort is part of a broader initiative to equalize and simplify public sports services.
Smart fitness stations, such as the outdoor intelligent gym at Guanzhou Square on Shinan Road, have been sprouting up across Nanming district.
These stations are equipped with a variety of fitness apparatus, offering residents diverse and engaging ways to exercise. The equipment is integrated with intelligent systems that make the exercise experience more scientific and professional.

By scanning the QR code on the equipment with their smartphones, users can connect to a smart platform that displays, stores, and analyzes their workout data. This platform provides personalized "exercise prescriptions," offering users information about their physical and exercise status. They can receive professional fitness guidance online, enabling them to make timely adjustments to their routines.
To date, Nanming district has established seven smart fitness stations, including those near Cuiwei Primary School and Guanzhou Square.
The district is committed to creating an environment where fitness opportunities abound. The district is continuously working to establish a "15-minute fitness circle," ensuring that every resident has convenient access to exercise facilities within a short walk from their home.
