Industrial economy boosts Nanming's rapid development

The 2023 GDP figures for various districts and counties in Guiyang city have been released, with Nanming district leading the city with a GDP of 104.85 billion yuan ($14.36 billion).

In terms of industries, Nanming's secondary industry showed outstanding performance, achieving an added value of 35.19 billion yuan, representing a 5 percent year-on-year growth.

Nanming has established a 5,070-mu industrial layout that integrates the Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, the Hongyan Industrial Agglomeration Area, the Mati River Industrial Agglomeration Area, and the Bagongli Industrial Agglomeration Area. 

This not only provides robust support for the city's current industrial development, but also reserves ample space for its medium and long term development.

The Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park serves as the main site for industrial development in Nanming.

By focusing on the electronic information manufacturing industry and the biotechnology industry, the industrial park has introduced a series of new industrial projects.

These include the Zhenxin Technology semiconductor research and production project, the Authenmole Biotech Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Innovation Industrial Demonstration Base, and the Aglaction Spirulina and Astaxanthin Innovation Industrial Demonstration Base.
