Two medical companies sign cooperation agreement in Nanming

CR Guizhou Pharmaceutical Co signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guizhou Yipin Pharmaceutical Chain Co in Nanming district on July 14.

According to the agreement, the two parties will work together to achieve resource-sharing, complement each other's advantages, and promote the development of the health and pharmaceutical industry.

CR Guizhou Pharmaceutical Co is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CR Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co. Its business scope covers the distribution and wholesale of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and consumables, as well as health products. It has a rich variety of resources, strong resource integration capabilities, and advanced management experience in the pharmaceutical circulation industry.

Guizhou Yipin Pharmaceutical Chain Co is a local pharmaceutical chain enterprise in Southwest China's Guizhou province, mainly engaged in pharmaceutical retail, with health products, cosmetics, and food retail as auxiliary industries. The company has been deeply rooted in the pharmaceutical retail field for a long time, and enjoys a high level of consumer trust.

As an upstream supply chain company, CR Guizhou Pharmaceutical Co will provide a wide range of products to Guizhou Yipin Pharmaceutical Chain Co; while Guizhou Yipin Pharmaceutical Chain Co, as a downstream pharmaceutical retail company, will fully utilize its own market resource advantages to expand the product coverage space of CR Guizhou Pharmaceutical Co.
