Nanming to deepen opening-up through three action steps

Nanming district plans to boost its level of opening-up to the world by implementing three major action steps in 2023.

According to the plan, with the elimination of tariffs among RCEP member countries, Nanming will guide local companies to increase their trade cooperation with RCEP-related countries, encourage industrial enterprises to expand their foreign markets using their own product advantages, and explore the construction of a comprehensive foreign trade service enterprise gathering area covering customs declaration, tax refund, financing, and other services.

Regarding the implementation of the foreign direct investment (FDI) quality promotion action, Nanming will conscientiously implement the "Nanming District Foreign Investment Service Butler Management System" in order to better act as a service butler.

In addition, plans are afoot for Nanming to support local enterprises to carry out knowledge process offshore outsourcing (KPO) such as project design, project inspection and maintenance, and project construction in Belt and Road countries and RCEP member countries.

Moreover, it will help organize for enterprises to participate in high-end forums to obtain more service trade cooperation resources to enhance Nanming's service brand.
