Progress made on Nanming intelligent manufacturing project

The main structure of the standard workshop and office building of the third phase of the Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was successfully capped on Oct 31. 

The total investment in the third phase of the industrial park has reached 620 million yuan ($88.45 million).

The project covers a total land area of 40,801.95 square meters and will have a construction area of 121,004.93 sq m.

The construction includes two standardized workshops, an office building, shops, and underground parking lots.

The project is expected to expand the production capacity of the standardized workshops of Nanming Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park and complement the already-completed phase-one and phase-two projects, so as to meet the commercial needs of the enterprises in the park for centralized offices.

The project is said to be of great significance to the development of the electronic information manufacturing and biotechnology industries in Nanming.
