Despite the lingering impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, the city has been gradually resuming dine-in services at restaurants since Oct 10.

All catering businesses are limited to 50 percent of their capacity under virus prevention and control measures.
Under the strict measures, Qingyun Walking Street, Qingyun Market and Huaguoyuan Shopping Mall in the city's Nanming district are gradually reopening.
