Nanming district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province has developed its own effective means of ensuring market vitality and stabilizing economic development, said Wang Xiaozhong, director of the district's development and reform bureau, when received a media interview.
Wang explained how Nanming has drawn up plans to promote the recovery and development of struggling industries in the service industry, cultivate and strengthen market players, and implement the "Plan to Relieve the Burden on and Support Industrial Enterprises in Guizhou Province." It is expected to create a more favorable policy environment for the development of enterprises.
Meanwhile, Nanming will use the "Guishangyi" platform to interpret, fulfill and implement tax and fee reduction policies.
Since the beginning of this year, the unemployment insurance policy has benefited 16,000 market entities and 122,900 employees and individuals in the jurisdiction of Nanming.
Since the introduction of the new tax and fee policy in March, Nanming has processed tax refunds for 2,633 market entities, and tax rebates have been valued at 258.95 million yuan.
Moreover, Nanming will attach heavy importance to improving its business environment.

In addition, Nanming has improved the credit restoration process, leading the province in the removal of the abnormal list through the WeChat applet.
Market entities can restore their own credit by submitting relevant information online and obtaining identity recognition through facial recognition technology.
Since the launch of these new services, a total of 1,415 applications for the cancellation of abnormal catalogues have been received and 1,130 of them have been cancelled.
