Nanming residential community obtains national recognition

A 21-year-old residential community in Nanming district—administered by Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province—was selected as a model case of strengthening property management and creating a beautiful living environment, according to a recent announcement by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

The community is called the Zhongtian Xingyuan residential community and it is located on No 428 Baoshan South Road.

It stood out from 8,978 residential communities in 217 cities across the country and was one of 100 residential communities to obtain the honor.

The Nanming residential community made the list for its improved living facilities, professional property services and harmonious atmosphere.
