Nanming to develop elderly, health care industries

The Nanming district government signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 9 with Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Investment Group Co to advance the development of Nanming's elderly and health care industries.

According to the agreement, Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Investment Group Co will help its affiliated city industry and commerce asset companies develop an elderly and health care brand and coordinate State-owned property assets located in, but not limited to, Nanming district for the upgrading and reconstruction of projects.

Nanming district will integrate resources such as pension policies, financial subsidies, medical services, and community services to provide support for the implementation and development of elderly and health care projects.

Meanwhile, the subsidiaries of the two parties will jointly set up an elderly and health care industry joint venture to carry out policies and regulations, brand building, team talent training, consulting, guidance, and training for project construction and operation management.

Additionally, the two parties will work together to establish a Guiyang elderly and health care platform and improve the three-level health care service system of Nanming district.
