New branded shopping complex to settle in Nanming district

Residents of Huaguoyuan – located in Nanming district in Guiyang city, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – will reportedly enjoy a much more convenient shopping experience and have more choices, with a new branded department complex planning to settle there.

According to information from the Nanming district government, Guiyang Modern Capital Group, one of the most influential department store brand operators in the province, will open a new complex in the second phase of the Huaguoyuan Shopping Center.

It will have a total area of around 40,000 square meters and reportedly introduce product brands suitable for local consumer tastes.

Currently, the marketing of the department store has already started and it has successfully secured commitments from such brands as e-commerce giant Alibaba's grocery chain Hema Fresh and Chengfeng Cinema to settle there.

The new complex is scheduled to open to the public in the second half of this year.

It reportedly took only three days to obtain a business license, reflecting the efforts of Nanming district to provide better services and improve its business environment.

Moving forwards, Nanming is planning to continue to improve its business environment, attracting even more enterprises to start up operations in the district.
