In order to provide the best services possible for its resident companies and businesses, Southwest China's Guizhou province's first building economy development agency -- the Nanming district building economy promotions center -- is reportedly thriving, after having been formally established in May last year.
The new agency is located in the Nanming district of Guiyang, capital city of Guizhou province.
The center effectively reportedly integrates the municipal building economy departments and related companies. It focuses on creating a building business upgrade platform that will integrate commerce, expanding investment, publicity, research and promotion.

In March this year, the center took the lead in the province's first commercial building grade assessments.
The corporate office building of the Fuzhong International Plaza in Nanming has to date seen 112 companies settle there, attracted by its professional and high-quality services and as a result has formed a cluster of financial companies. The resident companies generated more than 200 million yuan ($30.45 million) in revenue in 2020.
Currently, 84 commercial buildings have opened in Nanming, covering a total construction area of 3.9 million square meters, with more than 7,000 businesses settled and more than 60,000 people employed, according to the center.
"At present, the building industry in the district is concentrated on the tertiary sector -- including commercial and residential buildings, as well as the electronics information and service industries," said Gao Feng, deputy director of the Nanming district building economy promotions center.
"Of these, emerging industries such as electronics information, high-tech and financial services are developing well," Gao added.
