With the Spring Festival quickly approaching, cinemas will experience a surge in moviegoers. Major cinemas in Nanming district, Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, have implemented strict COVID-19 prevention and control measures to ensure the health and safety of the public.

Moviegoers can see publicity slogans related to pandemic prevention and control everywhere in the cinemas' waiting areas and passages.
Theater entrances are set up with a one-meter-distance waiting line and a temperature measurement area equipped with hands-free disinfectant.
Citizens watching films must wear masks, register their real names and scan the "Guizhou Health Code" and "Travel Code" before entering. Sitting apart is also required during the viewing process.
