Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- established a building economy promotion association in its Nanming district on Dec 18, attracting representatives from over 30 members to witness the event.
Initiated by Nanming district, the association got the green light to be established on Dec 9. At present, the association has nearly 60 member enterprises and related industry associations, involved in the fields of real estate development, construction, property, leasing and finance, science and technology, big data, commerce, culture and tourism.
At the unveiling ceremony, the responsibilities of leading members were clarified. Two group standards were issued -- namely, the classification standard for commercial office buildings in Nanming district and the classification standard for professional characteristic buildings in Nanming district.
The association will take the government's development strategy as its guide.
It will focus on the modern services industry and headquarters economy and take serving the city's industrial agglomeration and upgrading as its main task -- to promote the integrated development of the real estate economy and the industrial economy -- and focus on building business upgrades and cooperation, industrial cooperation, investment promotions, publicity and research.
