Nanming district firms shortlisted for China's top 100 list

Two subsidiaries of a resident company in Nanming district of Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- were recently included in the list of the 2020 top 100 building material service industry in China, according to local media reports on Nov 19.

The recognition was announced at the 2020 China building material enterprise development forum, as well as the press conference announcing the list of the China top 500 building material enterprises.

The two successful companies are subsidiaries of Guizhou Zhidao Lianrun Technology Co Ltd.

On Nov 13, district officials sent a congratulatory letter to the company. They then held talks with its management, to get a detailed understanding of its production, research and development -- as well as the technological innovation driving the enterprise.

The aim was to identify any difficulties and needs encountered by the business in the course of its development.

Officials also explained the district's policies to support sci-tech innovation projects, which are aimed at encouraging enterprises to boost their development and improve their sci-tech innovation abilities.

Since the establishment of the company, it has positioned itself as a comprehensive service provider of digital-driven building material distribution, internet logistics and supply chain finance.

It has digitalized its transaction process -- and integrated it with production, marketing and shipments in the traditional building material supply chain -- by using big data, the internet, artificial intelligence and other technologies.

At present, the company has set up 11 commercial, logistics and technology companies in Nanming district, with an annual output value of about 756 million ($115.59 million).
