Anti-poverty themed recruitment fair set to boost employment

Nanming district in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province and Xiuwen county – the district's partner-assistance area – jointly held a recruitment fair on Aug 30, aiming to further expand employment channels to help lift Xiuwen locals out of poverty.

According to a local media report, 28 companies looking for staff members were invited to the fair, providing more than 3,000 jobs in total. On the same day, many job seekers reached preliminary employment agreements with the businesses.

Meanwhile, staff members from Nanming district and Xiuwen county also set up publicity points for employment policies and handed out information and pamphlets to provide advice.
