Guizhou's A-level scenic spots offer 50 percent discounts

To boost consumption and aid the tourism industry, all A-level scenic spots in Southwest China's Guizhou province are offering a 50 percent discount on tickets for domestic and international tourists. The discount program will last from Aug 1 to Dec 31.

Tourists can enjoy the discounts by showing valid identity documents, including an ID card, residence booklet, driver's license or passport.

In addition, medical staff members, disease control workers and country doctors can enjoy free entrance by presenting their doctor certificate, nurse certificate or other valid professional qualification document.

Hot spring scenic areas and franchise businesses located at scenic spots are not included in the discount scheme. Tourists should reserve online before purchasing their tickets.
