Nanming district presents show tickets to virus fighters

Nanming district in Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- used a special fund of 100,000 yuan ($14,143) to make a grand gesture for the heroes in the frontline of the battle against the novel coronavirus epidemic recently, according to local officials.

It tapped into the fund to buy tickets for a large-scale singing and dancing performance of the show "Colorful Guizhou Style" -- to present them to the frontline medics and epidemic prevention and control personnel in the district.

According to district officials on June 10, the recipients can exchange tickets for one performance ticket with the coupons they received.

The ticket exchange time is from the date when the performance resumed, to Dec 31, 2021.
