Nanming to develop logistics-related projects with top firm

A signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement between Nanming and Guizhou Modern Logistics Industry Group was held at Nanming district on May 9, according to officials of the district in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The two sides will work together in in-depth cooperation for a modern logistics park construction project, a high-standard sorting and grading distribution center project, another for Guizhou agricultural products sales and deliveries and other business sectors -- to boost the high-quality economic development of Nanming district.

Under the agreement, Guizhou Modern Logistics Industry Group has identified Nanming district as an important target market and key investment and construction area.

Under its terms, the company will give full play to its comprehensive strength and competitive advantages in warehousing logistics, cold chain transportation and main channels for the distribution of agricultural products in the province and actively participate in the economic development and construction of Nanming district.

Officials said the contract highlights the district's efforts to vigorously develop its logistics industry and boost the delivery and sales of Guizhou products.

They said the district will spare no effort to promote the implementation of cooperation projects between the two sides -- and strive to achieve win-win cooperation in accordance with the contents of the agreement.
