As a venue for cultural and artistic performances, Quanzhou Grand Theater also offers repertoire production, technical synthesis, and large-scale evening show recording facilities.

Quanzhou Library currently has a collection of more than 1.5 million books, including more than 1.1 million new books. Normally, the library has a daily flow of more than 1,000 people, and on weekends it can reach two to three thousand people a day.
