Construction has been completed on the supporting facilities of Quanzhou Public Culture Center, located in Fengze district in Quanzhou, a city in East China's Fujian province, providing a favorable place for leisure, culture, life and entertainment for citizens.

The Quanzhou Public Culture Center is a key provincial and municipal project. It is the first public culture building project built through the method of public-private partnership (PPP), and is also a national PPP demonstration project.

Covering a total construction area of 326,800 square meters, the project features four petal-shaped cultural venues including a science and technology and planning museum, Workers' Cultural Palace, Quanzhou Grand Theater, and Quanzhou Library, as well as the civic plaza (including underground commercial facilities).

The science and technology and planning museum primarily displays urban planning achievements, with science and technology exhibitions, interactive experiences, and science education as its main functions.

Meanwhile, the Workers' Cultural Palace can meet the needs of large-scale conferences, education and training, performances, and film screenings.
