Quanzhou’s Fengze district signs 12 projects online

Fengze district in Quanzhou, a city of East China’s Fujian province, held a signing ceremony for key online investments projects online that took only 15 minutes on Feb 25, becoming the first in the city to adopt a new online investment signing model.

With a total investment of about 9 billion ($1.28 billion), the 12 projects covered multiple fields such as cultural creativity, intelligent manufacturing, the education industry and corporate headquarters sector.

It Included the Lianhua Center Headquarters Building project, the Quanzhou Normal University Qianshuiwan Student Entrepreneurship Incubation Park and the Quanzhou Westin Hotel project.

In addition, Fengze district also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Chinese e-commerce giant JD.

Relying on their respective advantages, the two sides will work together to promote the development of online trading platforms for public assets and improve the value preservation and appreciation capabilities of state-owned assets.

Affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, Fengze district insisted on strengthening its communications with customers and established an efficient information docking mechanism to ensure smooth progress for attracting in new projects, while making efforts on epidemic prevention and control.

With a favorable business environment, officials said Fengze district has always brought in a large number of high-quality projects. Last year, 171 new investment projects were signed by Fengze district, with a total investment of about 36.15 billion yuan.
