Construction has started on three major projects in Fengze district, Quanzhou – a five-star hotel, an e-commerce demonstration park and an industry park.

Quanzhou Howard Johnson Hotel

Quanzhou Howard Johnson Hotel, which is being built by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Group, will be an international five-star hotel in Fengze district.

It will be equipped with five-star standard rooms, and conference and banquet halls. It is intended to be the radiation center of the region's new high-end life and cultural circle.

Donghai Cross-border E-commerce Demonstration Park 

The total construction area of Donghai Cross-border E-commerce Demonstration Park is about 20,000 square meters, with an estimated investment of 100 million yuan ($14 million).

The park will further improve the East China Sea ecosystem infrastructure facilities, highlighting the advantages of industrial clusters and making policy settings more accurate to enable  cross-border related enterprises to provide better carrier support and develop supply chain service centers. In addition, the park will provide 1,500 new entrepreneurial jobs, and gradually develop a domestically operating cross-border e-commerce industry.

Shengrong Industry Park

Shengrong Industry Park is located in the center of the eastern part of the city, with a total construction area of 75,360 square meters. It will have five commercial buildings, offices and hotels.

It will have 11,071 square meters of commercial space, 38,164 sq m of high-quality office space, 10,014 sq m of hotel space and 16,111 sq m of basement space.

With an aggregated investment of 200 million yuan and an advanced design concept, the project will develop into a high-end business center, which will become one of the first choices for investors, creating an efficient and comfortable business and office area for enterprises.
