Health checks are mandatory in order to register the pets.

Documents required for the health checks:

1. A valid official rabies vaccination certificate issued by the authorities of the country of origin. (According to Chinese law, the vaccination is valid for a period of one year from the vaccination date, and the pet must be vaccinated 30 days prior its arrival in China);

2. An official animal health certificate;

3. The pet owner's valid passport and Chinese visa;

4. Completed quarantine inspection form.
