Prawn rolls
The best chef in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, creatively developed this dish to cater to the different tastes of shrimp lovers.
The main ingredients are prawns and pork fat, mixed with seasonings such as salt and pepper. Add water and stir the raw materials clockwise until it becomes paste, then squeeze the prawn paste into balls and put them on the steamer. Four minutes later, a crystal-like dish is ready to enjoy.
