A total of 110 handiworks by over 100 craft masters in China will be displayed at Jiaxing Museum on June 18, local media reported.
The exhibition of these handiworks is held to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
The exhibits were created based on the major events and changes that occurred over the past 100 years and include sculptures, ceramics, printing and dyeing, as well as embroidery.
Lu Guangzheng, a Chinese Crafts and Artisan Master, will bring his 7-meter-high sculpture, which reproduces the country's founding ceremony, to the exhibition.
Sponsored by the Chinese Arts and Crafts Society and Jiaxing Municipal Government, the exhibition will run until July 2.
In recent years, the arts and crafts industry in Jiaxing has been developing quickly due to supportive measures such as the introduction of 12 national craft masters and three provincial craft masters.
