Xinghua Village Bean Curd Sheet Roll with Bean Starch Vermicelli - a dish from Jiaxing in Zhejiang province - has a big reputation among gourmets, according to foodies.

The main ingredient of the dish consisted of bean curd sheets resembling a small piece of handkerchief, in which ground meat is wrapped with strings. 

After boiling in light soup, the bean curd sheets roll is placed into soaked bean starch vermicelli.

Scattering some chopped chives, a delicious authentic Jiaxing dish is born.
