Xinghua Village Bean Curd Sheet Roll with Bean Starch Vermicelli - a dish from Jiaxing in Zhejiang province - has a big reputation among gourmets, according to foodies.

The main ingredient of the dish consisted of bean curd sheets resembling a small piece of handkerchief, in which ground meat is wrapped with strings.
