CGTN explores Huzhou's cultural, ecological charms

The program group of Way To Modernization from CGTN recently ventured into Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, telling the city's stories to the world.

CGTN anchor Gasthoori Manickam and reporter Chen Lanyou visited the Intangible Cultural Heritages of China Exhibition Hall in Nanxun district, where intangible cultural heritage is brought to life through interactive displays.

Huzhou is also known for its smart aquaculture that maximizes pond farming production 10 times compared to traditional techniques and enhances quality.

In Moganshan town, Deqing county, the group delved into rural vitalization efforts. CGTN's Manickam explored Mogan Mountain, a popular destination famous for its lush bamboo forests and serene landscapes.

The journey culminated in Anji county, where the group visited the China Bamboo Expo Park and Bamboo Impression Museum, exploring Anji's bamboo industry.
