Shaoxing Place, a large-scale commercial complex, transformed from the former Shaoxing 871 Factory in the heart of the ancient city, will open on Sept 28. It will be a new commercial landmark of Shaoxing, Zhejiang province.

With a total construction area of approximately 61,000 square meters, the commercial complex integrates high-end catering, cultural creativity, night economy experiences, and new retail consumption.

Among the more than 150 selected brands set to operate in Shaoxing Place, over 70 percent are city-first stores, regional-first stores, flagship stores, or master stores.

According to a representative from China Resources Land Limited, the project developer, the catering sector is the most prominent, accounting for more than 70 percent of the new first-store brands. Beyond catering, a dedicated cultural and creative section featuring several first-store brands has also been established.

Shaoxing Place combines a variety of innovative methods to create a new commercial model that integrates distinctive and open street areas with a mall. This not only meets consumers' one-stop shopping needs but also allows residents to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with natural light and air.

Additionally, Shaoxing Place will host Shaoxing's first art and drama festival, creating a rich and festive atmosphere for its opening.
