The city's added value of above-designated-size industrial enterprises amounted to 20.46 billion yuan, the highest in Jiaxing.

From January to May, the digital economy's core manufacturing industries, particularly those specializing in photovoltaics and semiconductors, have added fresh impetus to Haining's industrial production, with a 15.1-percent year-on-year increase in added value.

Companies like Haining Tongwei Electronics are leading the charge with innovative products like the 800G silicon photonics switch, contributing to the city's dynamic production landscape.

Moreover, the transformation efforts of traditional industries, such as leather and textiles, have brought significant growth, exemplified by Zhejiang Yadong Machinery's investment in smart factory initiatives.

These efforts are propelling Haining towards a prosperous economic performance, as the city continues to prioritize stable growth and high-quality manufacturing development.
