The United Hydrogen - East Hydrogen Port Hydrogen Filling Station, the largest of its kind in the Yangtze River Delta, opened in Jiaxing Port Area's Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park on July 1.

This station is the second in Zhejiang and the first in Jiaxing to receive both operational and filling permits, boosting the region's transportation development.

A 49-metric-ton hydrogen-powered truck became the first vehicle to use the new station, and was fully refueled in about 20 minutes. "This new station is conveniently located near the highway, making it perfect for our freight routes," said a driver surnamed Ma.

The station combines high efficiency and safety standards, featuring advanced storage tanks with a total capacity of 1,000 kilograms of hydrogen. It can serve approximately 200 hydrogen-powered trucks daily and is equipped with high-performance compressors and dual-metering dispensers, significantly improving refueling efficiency.

United Hydrogen, based in Jiaxing Port Area, offers comprehensive hydrogen solutions, including production, storage, transportation, and logistics applications. The new station will provide robust energy support for the hydrogen industry in Jiaxing and surrounding cities.

"The completion of this station enriches the hydrogen energy supply network and promotes hydrogen vehicle adoption, setting a new benchmark for the region,” said Ma Xia, chairman of United Hydrogen. The company aims to drive technological innovation and support the region's transition to a green, low-carbon economy.
