A Kazakh media delegation embarked on a journey to Anji county, Huzhou, on June 1, delving into the region's sustainability practices.

Upon their arrival at Yucun village in Tianhuangping town, the delegation was welcomed by an exhibition of green development that has flourished over the past decade. Yucun village has undergone a remarkable transformation from a remote mountain settlement to a contemporary rural haven.

Yellena Antipina, chief editor of nur.cn, said, "Environmental preservation stands as a pivotal global theme, not limited to China alone. Witnessing the unwavering dedication of Yucun village towards environmental conservation, I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in this visit and conduct interviews."

Exploring Qinglaiji, a local community that gathers young talents, Serik Korzhumbayev, editor-in-chief of Delovoy Kazakhstan, stated: "The unspoiled ecological beauty of this place has deepened my understanding of the significance of ecology and nature, as well as the value of harnessing innovative technologies for rural development and environmental sustainability."

Later in the day, the delegation ventured into Lujia village in Anji county. They embarked on a village tour aboard a train, partaking in activities like horseback riding, all the while absorbing insights from Anji's initiatives in rural tourism. Yerzhan Zhunissov, head of the information department at Kazakhstan's Channel 31, remarked, "Anji's rural tourism development model imparts invaluable knowledge to us. In Kazakhstan's rural regions, the absence of young people is noticeable. Through our coverage, we aim to share the lessons gleaned here, enlightening more youth about the promising development opportunities in rural areas."
