The Shaoxing business delegation emerged victorious at the Magic Show in Las Vegas, with intention orders surpassing $25 million and over 3,800 professional visitors, over 30 percent of whom were new clients.
Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the event exceeded expectations for the 83 foreign trade enterprises from Yuecheng district.
Renowned as the world's largest comprehensive professional apparel exhibition, the Magic Show boasts unparalleled return rates for buyers and exhibitors alike. With a diverse showcase encompassing men's, women's, and children's wear, alongside high-end fabrics, the expo attracted 1,200 companies from across 40 countries and regions.
This year's milestone 90th anniversary edition witnessed numerous foreign trade enterprises from Yuecheng district foregoing familial celebrations to prioritize early arrival, booth setup, and client engagement, reinforcing their foothold in traditional European and American markets.
Among the exhibitors, Shaoxing Baijie Import and Export Co, specializing in men's and women's apparel tailored for the American market, played host to over 80 new and existing clients, clinching three potential orders poised for the sampling phase post-holiday.
Thanks to help of the Yuecheng district bureau of commerce, 160 enterprises from the district participated in five overseas exhibitions this year, amassing intention orders totaling $45 million.
