Wenzhou opens second intl air cargo route to the US

A cargo plane carrying 31.4 tons of medical supplies and cross-border e-commerce goods worth 3.13 million yuan ($491,410) departed from Wenzhou in East China's Zhejiang province for Los Angeles, the United States on Dec 22.
This is the second international air cargo route operated by Wenzhou Airport since it launched the first one to Milan, Italy last month. The routes are expected to elevate Wenzhou's international cargo capacity to a new level.
There will be two flights from Wenzhou to Los Angeles every week.
A direct air cargo route departing from Wenzhou to Tokyo, Japan will be launched in the near future.
