The China Quality Conference, a biennial international conference on quality management, will be hosted at the Hangzhou International Expo Center in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, from Sept 16 to 17.

This year's conference, which will be co-held by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the government of Zhejiang and the government of Hangzhou, is themed "Quality Evolution, Digital Empowerment, Green Development and Global Synergy".

The conference will include six parallel forums on quality management, carbon neutrality, the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, and the improvement of the modern service sector.

Participants from China and foreign countries will address the conference via offline and online means.

The China Quality Award, the highest honor in China's quality sector, will be awarded during the conference. A total of 696 companies and 169 individuals will compete for the award this year.
