Zhejiang displays cutting-edge technologies at China Hi-Tech Fair

The China Hi-Tech Fair 2019 was recently held in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Sixteen Zhejiang companies displayed many cutting-edge technologies in the realms of artificial intelligence (AI), computer science, medical equipment and new materials, among other fields.

A high-level and professional high-tech fair in China, the event attracted 148 delegations from 44 countries and international organizations who brought with them 10,216 projects. 

Sage Microelectronics based in Hangzhou displayed their independently-developed solid state disk, which carries a whopping 10TB of memory despite being as small as a palm-sized piece of cardboard. 

"In the past, the best data storage technologies were mainly developed by foreign companies, but we've made several breakthroughs in this area in recent years," said Zhou Bin, chief operating officer of the company. 

ArcSoft, a world-leading computer vision solutions provider based in Hangzhou, showcased intelligent car applications that can monitor the state of drivers and help them answer the phone through a simple gesture. 

Zhejiang Heqing Flexible Electronics Co displayed their flexible wearable medical device integrating a flexible battery, circuits, chips and sensors. The device can monitor a person's health and detect potential diseases.
