Tax departments in East China's Zhejiang province have made great improvements in streamlining their services for people and businesses since the province initiated the "At Most One Visit" reform in 2017.
Currently, 397 service halls for tax affairs in Zhejiang have placed all items on the same counter, which means if people have several things to handle, they only need to visit one counter instead of shuffling between counters.
Meanwhile, people can get answers to all tax-related questions by dialing 12366.
