The Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) is a tertiary Grade A comprehensive hospital, which also serves as the Second School of Medicine affiliated to WMU.

The hospital has five sites, namely, Xueyuan Road site, Nanpu site, Yaoxi site, Oujiangkou site and Taizhou site, among which the Yaoxi site, Oujiangkou site and Taizhou site are under construction. The hospital has a total of 14 academic departments, 89 divisions (teaching and research sections), 186 sub-specialties, over 130 specialty clinics and 2600 beds. Among 3,924 hospital employees, there are 166 with senior professional titles, 383 with associate-senior professional titles, 870 with master's degrees and 119 with doctoral degree. There are 143 postgraduate supervisors, among which 17 are doctoral supervisors.
