Food processing (prepared dishes) industry

Weifang's food processing (prepared dishes) industry mainly consists of deep processing of livestock and poultry, brewing, fruit and vegetable processing, and dairy products. It has cultivated a group of leading enterprises such as Delis, Huifa Food, Zhucheng Foreign Trade, Xinhesheng, and Yili Dairy, with 530 enterprises each with annual revenue of 20 million yuan ($2.81 million) or above in the city.
